“The property was lovely in every way. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The hotel was very quiet, but it was warm and welcoming. It felt like home. I absolutely loved the free breakfast every morning and the caring, attentive manner of the staff, especially the Manager, Brownwyn. “There was no accommodation. When I arrived, it was just new private houses. Bukani House was not known. I had to call taxi again to take me to another place. When I phoned the number I found the lady told me it stopped operating long ago. She said I must claim refund from the website that did the booking for me. I could have been robbed, nobody new me or trusted me. What if that was my last money?”
