Very clean room, everything was accessible, super convenient area with lots of stores and restaurants even walking distance! 10/10 will come again.

This people have water that smells like poop. Sewage water is what they use for water. Remnants of trash, sticky nastiness in drawers, air vents falling off ceilings. Random kids belts found? Candy stuck to floor? Trash wasn’t even taken out. Mind you I have kids that found these things as well. Oh and don’t even try and ask for them to refund you for their disgusting rental. They will give you the run around and then IGNORE YOU. Awful establishment and these people NEED TO BE SHUTDOWN.

We stayed here expecting a relaxing getaway, and while the house had plenty of space for our group, our overall experience was disappointing due to several maintenance and cleanliness issues. The positives: great communication, easy check in and check out, the home had lots of beds, plenty of room, and thoughtful amenities. The host provided pool towels, bath towels, razors, toothbrushes, toothpaste, trash bags, laundry pods, dish soap, hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, there were several problems that affected our stay. The pool patio did not appear to have been pressure washed, and there was what looked like black mold around the pool patio area. We were also surprised when lawn maintenance workers arrived during our stay without any advance notice, which interrupted what we had hoped would be a relaxing vacation. The jacuzzi never got hot and had very little water pressure. One of the doors leading to the pool room came off and fell on us, creating a safety concern and we could no longer close the door to the room. Several window coverings throughout the house were damaged, reducing privacy because people outside could see in. Cleanliness was also inconsistent. Some beds contained hair, and we found personal items left behind, including an earring and a bracelet. The pool table was damaged, making it difficult to enjoy, the outdoor TV did not work, and there was broken floor pieces by the pool that also caused a safety concern.
