"Nice and clean room, perfect for me and my boyfriend. The staff were all very kind and helpful. We had an early flight and our room wasnt ready yet so we were able to leave our bags at the hotel and go out to explore a bit. After we came back, we got our key and were told that our bags were waiting for us in our room! We really appreciated that small gesture especially since we’ve stayed at other 4 star/more expensive hotels before where the staff didn’t do this for us. We would happily come back here the next time we visit Madrid. "
