This hotel is pretty well located and maintained, however, the check-in staff mentioned that breakfast was included when I checked-in. The next morning we go to breakfast and told about the offerings, then a second staff member comes after we start grabbing food demanding for vouchers. Since we were also asked to pay nearly $70 at check-in after prepaying the room, we weren't clear what she's talking about, no manager was available, and we just left breakfast. This also happened to another guest who was at breakfast at the same time. After asking what the $70 charge was about, the front desk said it's for Wi-Fi and other "amenities" offered by the hotel. Given that we got no housekeeping the next day or other "amenties" this charge seems rather criminal.

The stay wasn’t great at all. We had very noisy neighbours. When we called the reception the first time, they said they would take care of it, but no one did. We called the second time, then someone came and knocked on our door first to confirm that it was us that called, which is unprofessional. It sounded like he talked to the noisy neighbours. Nothing changed. We had just enough after and had to bang on the wall and yell for the neighbours to stop. After that, they were quiet. After we got home, I received an extra charge that I was confused about. I called the hotel many times, couldn’t get any help first, then I was able to talk to the manager who was the same manager that couldn’t properly address the noise next room. The charge was for the breakfast and unlimited snacks from the third floor. There was obviously miscommunication because the charge included both me and my husband, but we wanted the service included for me and my son only, for whom the service was complimentary. We also were never presented with the invoice or anything at the time and we didn’t sign any paperwork. I was trying to explain this to the manager and get the partial refund, but he was very hesitant and said he would try to get the refund, which never happened of course. I was able to get it through my credit card though. It’s not a bad hotel, prices were reasonable and it’s in a very good location, but the management needs improvement.

Great location and nice spacious room - A/C was out third night with no notification from staff and the water station did not work on our floor.. unacceptable in the extreme heat. Housekeeping did not do a great job.

Second Elevator was down the entire 4 days we were there. Constantly waiting for coffee in the morning. The lady at the front desk had the personality of a door knob and treated us like we were interrupted the game on her phone.
