“furniture is a bit old but acceptable, have welcome snack and drinks nice breakfast the view is quite nice, can overlook one of the canels in Venice Reasonable price for an overnight experience in Venice Recommended! “The staff was very useful and dedicated. The breakfast was tasty and generous. The room was also spacious with a great canal view. I find the AC was not strong enough for the size, they provided us with fan which was perfect.”

“Very clean, good sunshine, quiet, good sound insulation, you won't hear the sound next door. We stayed for 8 days and slept very well at night. The owner is very friendly and the breakfast is very good. It is very close to the pier and the big supermarket. We took a boat from the airport and we were there in no time. It's not far from the Venice Biennale or from shopping, it's a comfortable distance.”

“This place is very clean and modern and spacious which isn’t common in Venice. It was nice having a canal view from the windows. The kitchen was very well equipped. The bathroom was huge. The staff were very nice and they give you cookies as a welcome gift. The only con was the main lamp was broken and they couldn’t fix it while we were there so it was a bit dark in that area. The location isn’t too bad although it is far from the city centre, about a 25 min walk, which was ok for us. There……
