“We stayed at this hotel for four days because it is advertised as a 5-star property. Unfortunately, the service was nowhere near 5-star standards. We arrived early in the morning after a long transatlantic flight. Our reservation stated that early check-in was available for an additional fee. At check-in, Sofia told us our room was occupied and that we would receive a text as soon as it was cleaned. We returned at noon and were told to come back at 2 p.m. At 2 p.m., we were told it would not be……

“Établissement bien placé, pres de la gare, des transports, en face des docks. Appart confortable, et bien insonorisé. Bon petit dej, et les employées sont très agréables, et serviables. Le seul bémol, pas de clim, mais des ventilateurs disponibles. En conclusion, très bon séjour.”

“Very clean which was great. No air-conditioning and no fans which during a heatwave made it quite unpleasant. It was absolutely not clear on booking that the pool is over 18s only. The pool was the only reason we picked this property and our 14 and 16 year old were excited to cool off in the pool, to be told they couldn't was hugely disappointing. There appears to be a restaurant but we were told it is not open in the evenings.”
