“The staff were (again) super. The breakfast team were always welcoming and eager to help and Anna from reception was wonderful.
The room was perfect. Mum is disabled and needs a scooter to get around, the lift access to each floor meant everything was available but the lower lift remises broken for our entire trip which meant reliance on taxis from the top or me dismantling and carrying it down the steps while mum had to stand. “We have been to Gran Canaria many times but was our first time at this apartments. I can’t wait to be back. Rodrigo, Alex and Inma were excellent. Kept the place spotless every day and made sure the ca offer their hep if needed. The apartments are spacious and very well kept. And the common areas very well manicured. The best was the slightly heated pool which meant you can use the pool whatever the weather ”
