“This was a horrible experience! There were live roaches and bugs with in the property. This included every room. It was filthy with possible urine stains in the couch which contained a fowl smell. I would never recommend this property. We spent all our time trying to rectify the problems and I am still waiting a response from the host. We were scheduled to stay for 14 days however left right away to find a safer and healthier solution. This home did not meet VRBO standards. ”

“What a great place to stay in Napa! The Cottage is spacious, bright and super comfortable. It had its own parking space! It's close to downtown Napa with many restaurants and places to imbibe. The Cottage sits on a garden/farmette setting with beautiful flowers and citrus trees surrounding a gorgeous fireplace and pergola. The hosts are very welcoming, gracious and terrific guides around the Farmhouse setting.Highly recommend a stay for an enjoyable time in Napa. We would stay again!”

The private patio was a wonderful thing to have and also added additional privacy when the blinds and windows were open. 10/10 would stay again!
