"The best things about this apartment are it's comfortable, has good wifi and cold air-conditioning, and the location in Old Towne Nice. The location is quiet. The apartment is at the top of a 5-story building. There are 5 flights of stairs and no handrails. You need to be in shape and have a good sense of balance for the stairs. "We really enjoyed our stay here the night before our flight out from Nice. The airport was literally in walking distance and they also had a shuttle for us. The night before we were pretty tired so we didn’t even want to go out and we didn’t have to do the Bar and Restaurant were fantastic as was the service. I would definitely stay here again! "
