“Excellent rooms and service. Delicious breakfast with chef available to make eggs and pancakes. Lovely to be able to book the 'jacuzzi' for 30 minutes during the day. Plenty of parking available for free down the street. Feels like you are in a cabin. ”

“Je suis arrivé très tôt dans l’après-midi et ai été très bien accueilli, la chambre était disponible, tout à fait propre et récemment rénovée ( sauf la petite terrasse). Le petit déjeuner est extrêmement complet. Au quatrième étage, on peut profiter d’une petite piscine et d’un petit local sauna. Il y manque une douche et la décoration est un peu datée, mais c’est agréable et j’ai pu en profiter. L’hôtel est situé dans une zone commerciale, ce qui est pratique, mais assez loin du centre-ville. À……

“Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel en famille, avec un bébé de 1 an, et globalement notre expérience a été positive. L’hôtel est bien adapté aux jeunes enfants : chaises hautes et lits parapluie sont disponibles. La situation est excellente, facile d’accès, avec un grand parking juste devant. Le petit-déjeuner est varié et les produits sont de qualité, même si tout n’est pas fait maison. Les chambres sont confortables, spacieuses et bien équipées (mini-frigo, machine à café, bouilloire). “Had an amazing stay at the altapura, read a few reviews a few days before we went and were worried, but it was great. Main complaints were about how hot the rooms were, which were understandable, but opening the window solved that. The other critique we read was about the restaurants and choice of food for half board. Breakfast was buffet and had a great selection. Dinner you get 65 euros contribution each evening towards food, which you can choose from the menu of the 3 different restaurants……

“Hotel met alles op en aan. Mooi, mooie ruime en goed uitgeruste kamers met groot balkon, mooie wellness, skischool, skiverhuur, skilockers in het complex. Perfecte ligging. Enige klein minpuntje vonden wij het ontbijt. Niet zo heel veel keuze en chocolademelk uit automaat en dus met water. En in de wellness waren 's avonds de handdoeken niet meer aangevuld. En de zeep aan de douches ook niet. Dat zijn echt kleine puntjes die ons verblijf niet hebben verstoord. Grote kans dat wij terugkeren!”

“Vriendelijke en zeer behulpzame mensen in het hotel. Absolute aanrader en wij zullen er vast nog wel een keer komen. Minder vinden wij dat er nauwelijk retaurants open zijn in St Jean de Maurienne maar daar kunnen zij niets aan doen”
