“The location is beautiful and quiet. It is next to restaurant that the hosts own (they will treat like family. I had one of my best restaurant experiences there) and was never disturbed with noise. The hosts were amazing, available at all times, and very helpful. Walking distance to the lake with great views. ”

“Terrazzo Torno is a remarkable and secluded getaway off the beaten path in Lake Como. Arriving at the Villa is a grand and private experience. It took some communication to get the taxi driver to the final location. He stopped at the Mandarin Oriental gate though I had told him we were not going there. “Lovely apartment, good kitchen, comfy bed. As others have mentioned, the hot water unit makes annoying sounds but it certainly works fine. The steps up to the apartment were lengthy but not a big deal. Having free parking was wonderful! It was also lovely to stroll along the paths through the neighborhood south of the apartment. ”
