Two ladies that greeted me and my family when we arrived first day, they were amazing. Hard to find workers that care and make sure that your customers are satisfied. They did all that and some... Dislikes was hot water wasn't hot enough and issues with toilet bowl. Breakfast buffet was horrible, cold and it felt like it was all left or worse. Not worth $20

Room was a bit dirty, black hair strands on the bed, on the pillows, pots, dirty, refrigerator dusty on top, light in the kitchenette area had spiderwebs.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for the second time. I truly love this place, the nature around it, and the chance to relax in the jacuzzi. However, I would kindly ask that you pay more attention to its cleanliness and proper sanitation. During our previous stay, we were offered meal options and could choose what we preferred. This time there was a buffet, but the same food was served two days in a row, which we didn’t enjoy very much.

Love staying at the Madison Hotel! Rooms are always clean and comfortable. Staff are friendly. We like how close it is to the train station for easy access to get into NYC.
