La Terrazza, apartment with panoramic veranda in condo with swimming pool  

The apartment consists of: living room with kitchenette with sofa bed, a double bedroom, with a small veranda equipped as a laundry area, and a bathroom with shower. The property includes a beautiful panoramic veranda with sofas and table where you can eat outside. In the veranda there is also a small outdoor shower.

The residence\'s swimming pool will be available from June 10/15  to September 15.

Inside the Condo it is possible to enter by car only for loading and unloading luggage, vehicle parking is not allowed.

Additional costs will be payed only in cash at check in:

Final cleaning fee: € 120.00 (mandatory)

Cost of supplying bed linen - bath towels: € 20.00 per person (only if requested and booked in advance)

-Small/medium sized dogs allowed at a cost of € 100
