The parking situation is very unclear. There is a small sign far from the lot that warns of towing but nothing in the area where you park. No significant warnings in communications with host.

The hotel feels a bit old and outdated. Service is basic and not particularly attentive.

The noise from the highway was awful. The rooms, especially the bathrooms, were very dated. One elevator was broken in the morning, so being on the ninth floor made it very slow to get down for breakfast. And the breakfast itself… Debacle. For a huge hotel, it was a tiny breakfast area and the staff worked slower than a sloth. There was a 15 to 20 minute timeframe where there was basically no food or coffee available because the worker first slowly took out the trash and then began restocking food items one by one with zero awareness of a line of people waiting for something to eat. The location was convenient, and there were EV chargers in the parking lot next-door, but overall, I would not recommend this hotel.
