“We absolutely loved our stay - it’s such a gorgeous little pad, surrounded by lush bush. We saw curlews, wallabies and kookaburras, much to my kids delight! We loved the pool and the kids adored the colouring and pool toys that Nicole left out for them. The attention to detail was so lovely - we really appreciated the treats and all the gorgeous art and trinkets dotted around. We had lots of fun playing games from the board game collection, too! “I have put in a complaint as owner never contacted us (despite many attempts by myself to contact them also) to advise on access to property so we had to do a last minute booking elsewhere. Annoyed at response by phone consultant to 'go to the property and if we couldn't get in they'd help then by arranging alternative accomodation'. Not helpful when we were arriving at 1am.....”
