I had communicated with the management company three separate occasions to confirm that the amenities i.e. fireplace and hot tub were working because previous reviews showed that they were not. I was insured that they would be working. The reason we booked this place was for the amenities as we’re looking forward to gathering around the fire as a family during Thanksgiving. When we arrived, we could not get the hot tub working and there was a note on the fireplaces in fact, both fireplace is saying out of water do not use. I was livid because I had reached out three times and was told these amenities were working. Had I known they were not working? I could’ve made an informed decision about my family‘s vacation. Extremely disappointed. Also, Saturday morning we got up and realized there was no water. It was 7 AM and my wife and I were preparing breakfast for other family members as no one was up yet. Suddenly the water stopped working. I called the management company and they told me that the owner shuts the water off when the occupants are using too much of it. This certainly was not the case as no one was even up yet no one had taken a shower, so we were absolutely flabbergasted to hear this. When my son got up, they attempted to give their 11 month old the bath and we’re not able to do so obviously with no water. We weren’t able to have coffee or wash dishes or the basic necessities. The management company was able to get the water restored several hours later.
