I reached out to the online customer service, and Mary Ann M. was assigned to assist me. However, she couldn’t reach the local property. It took forever to sort out the problem. I asked for a phone number to call because the online chat was too inefficient. She gave me a U.S. number, so I made an international call — but it turned out to be……

“We usually always stay in a hotel when down at Wembley but we thought we would try an apartment this time. We will never go back to hotel rooms! This place was amazing and the family all loved it. The apartment was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. We will definitely visit again next time we are down. We couldn’t ask for any more.”

“We have some good and not so good. The staff at the front desk, security, and location near Wembley was amazing. Now for the not so good. When renting a short term rental what I want most is a clean comfortable stay. It was cleaned but not well. I never felt the ick but there weren't plenty of little signs the cleaning was quick and lacked the thoroughness that you would get at a mid-tier hotel. The BEDS were where this place has so much room for improvement. Probably the most important part……
