Single-family house "Hrelja". 5 km from the centre of Zminj, 15 km from the centre of Pazin, 25 km from the centre of Rovinj, 25 km from the sea. Private: property 1'800 m2 (fenced) with lawn and trees, swimming pool (7 x 3 m, 24 m2, depth 135 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 05.Nov.). Outdoor shower, table tennis, volleyball, volleyball court, terrace (15 m2), garden furniture, barbecue (swing). In the house: bicycles available. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 1 km, supermarket 6 km, bus stop 6.4 km, rocky beach 25 km. Marina 30 km.
4-room house 130 m2 on 2 levels. Rustic furnishings: living room with open-hearth fireplace, satellite TV, international TV channels and DVD. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm). Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (1 hot plate, oven, dishwasher, 3 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Exit to the terrace. Shower/WC. Heating, air-conditioning. Upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 french bed (160 cm), air conditioning. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds and air conditioning. Shower/WC. Heating, air-conditioning. Deck chairs. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only.

Sehr schöner erholsamer Aufenthalt

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt in einem sehr schönen Ferienhaus. Das gesamte Grundstück ist sehr gepflegt und lädt aussen zum Grillen, Entspannen, Sport ect. ein. Die sehr netten Vermieter wohnen nicht wirklich sichtbar nebenan und haben immer ein offenes Ohr.
