Amazing for young families! Heading back again!

Will be nice if the hotel can think about what a new hotel guest will be going through. They will usually drive up to the hotel and look for parking. Then they will look into how to check-in and how to get to their room. It will be nice to mention in the welcome text to fill out the registration and the credit card authorization, AND also mention if we have a vehicle, what shall we do. Also will be helpful if the text will let us know the office in the building will be closed on Saturdays (and Sundays?) We were trying to figure all these out while carrying our luggages under strong winds, lucky it didn't rain. Will also be helpful to text us that we need to submit those 2 forms, then we will receive our gate and door codes. Restroom didn't smell fresh. Other than the aforementioned, the stay was good.

Room was nice. Building was a little dated. Very small elevator especially because it was the only one. Staff was very nice and the front area was great. Nice location. Price was a little high.

The room is very spacious, clean and organized. The room may be low in price but may need more of it’s standard amenities.

Eveything was perfect. I have stayed at alot of places in vegas and this was well worth the money. Will stay again.

I complained with the manager of the hotel and housekeeping for the poor management of my request to clean my room after the toilet got clogged. 9 am I requested to have the room clean (while we are out of the hotel) but returned to the hotel at around 2PM and the room was not cleaned yet. I called like 4 times and everytime I called, I was told that the cleaner is on its way (1st call was told it will only take 15-20 minutes) and took about an hour until after I complained that the cleaner arrived. When I spoke with another housekeeper on line and the manager I was told that all my earlier calls were not recorded (which explained why the room was not cleaned and the follow up cleaner never arrived). Its very frustrating.

We had a late-night flight, the latest late checkout was 2:00 pm, so we asked for another night so we could leave the room later for our flight. It was impossible to book for another night. They said I have to do it online, and when I checked online, according to your website, it was impossible to book for one night only. We had to leave the room at 2:00 pm, paid extra for a late check-out and waited outside for seven hours before going to the airport. It was not a good experience on our anniversary.

Always pretty easy checking in to this hotel. Clean enough, a little tired around the edges, but comfortable.
