Their need to improve in the coffee

Although the pictures of the rooms and the previous reviews indicated that this was a 4-star rated hotel, in my view it is not, it's more of a 3-star rated hotel, which in Vietnam is a big difference. The good: lication of the hotel close to the old city, breakfast is good enough, the room was clean enough (floors weren't super clean but there were no bugs in the room), plenty of hot water and water pressure in the shower. The bad: the shower leaked, the bed linens felt damp when we checked-in and were like that for the entire stay, the bed linens and towels are old and the white is now a grey tinge, you can hear your neighbor clearly so sound isolation is an issue, and room feels old with lack of updates. Do not believe the expedia 80-90% price discount for the hotel room (i.e., it is listed as $500 regular price but you're getting a deal at $50)...the hotel room is only worth the $50. Spend more and get a better room elsewhere.

Our room was great, it was very clean, and nicely decorated. The staff were amazing... so helpful and friendly and easy to communicate with . This hotel is in such a great spot, very close to lake and busy market streets but is quieter and easier to get to than many others .

The Acoustic Hotel & Spa was amazing. We stayed here for part of our honeymoon and the staff was wonderful. They greeted us at the front door and helped with our luggage. When we checked in they brought us drinks and fresh fruit in the lobby. We had a couples spa package that was so relaxing! The front desk staff greeted us and wished us well every time we left and returned to the property. The rooms were spacious and house keeping kept everything nicely maintained and provided complementary waters, wine, and fruit. Absolutely recommend for anyone visiting Hanoi.

Easiest the best hotel I've stayed at in Hanoi. Staff can't do enough to keep guests happy, was offered a complimentary spa treatment and free mini fridge. Booked a room with a terrace and it meets any 5 star standards you might have. Strongly recommend the hotel.

The stuffs are very kind and friendly, the breakfast is tasty, and the room is beautiful and clean. This is a great hotel.
