Boston Calling is a three-day multi-genre music festival held at the Harvard Athletic Complex in Cambridge. Founded in 2013, the festival has become a highlight event, featuring numerous acts from multiple genres. Boston Calling has warmly welcomed over 40,000 music lovers for this fantastic three-day festival. In the past artists from hip hop, rock, Indie, and R&B have taken the stage and performed. Aside from the great music, Boston Calling features a visual arts experience, gourmet food, and a carnival.
This year's lineup features the likes of the Foo Fighters, Paramore, Alanis Morissette, the Lumineers, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, as well as Queens of the Stone Age.
There is actually no on-site parking at Boston Calling and there is no close proximity parking either. The Main entrance is at 65 N. Harvard Street and it's advised to take the T (Red Line) to Harvard Square station.
For starters wear comfortable clothing and shoes. Shade is limited at the event so be sure to wear sunscreen, wear a hat, and stay hydrated!
Yes, there is a HUGE array of food and beverage options at the festival. From BBQ, to gourmet burgers, Middle Eastern cuisine, lobster rolls, and more! There is something for the pickiest of eaters. There is also a large selection of beverage options.
Yes! There are lockers available that you can store your belongings and valuables while inside the festival.
