Grand Ole Opry Ticket Information

Founded in 1925 as a 1-hour radio “barn dance,” the Grand Ole Opry has since become known as The Show That Made Country Music Famous. Recorded every Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday at the Grand Ole Opry House in Nashville, Tennessee, the show is made up of official Opry members and guest artists—both industry legends and contemporary singers—performing country, bluegrass, folk, gospel, and Americana music. The Grand Ole Opry attracts thousands of visitors with tickets to its iconic show, as well as millions of listeners from around the world.

Grand Ole Opry Events  

As the longest-running radio broadcast in US history, the Grand Ole Opry has hosted some of the biggest names in country music, with Johnny Cash, Hank Williams, Patsy Cline, Minnie Pearl, and the Carter family becoming regulars on the Opry stage. Today, lots of current stars can be seen in the famous show. With tickets to the Grand Ole Opry, catch performances by the likes of Garth Brooks, Dolly Parton, Reba McEntire, Carrie Underwood, Brad Paisley, Blake Shelton, Rascal Flatts, and many more. Each year beginning in November, the Opry returns for a 3-month winter foray at the Ryman Auditorium in Downtown Nashville, where the show performed from 1943 to 1974. Fans of country music can also go behind the scenes with backstage tours of both treasured venues.
