Room was a good size with a tub. The spa had an offer on which was good whilst we were waiting to leave for the airport. Breakfast was adequate, the quality was budget, and a limited selection compared with the hotel ratings. Parking outside the hotel is very easy and plentiful. There is a great fish restaurant right outside the hotel and a number of other restaurants a short walk, the food in El Patio was very good.

This is our third visit and each time stayed in a Seaview Suite - huge terrace/balcony overlooking the bay, very impressed. In all apartments stayed in - the bathroom sinks, the plugs do not hold the water - a bit annoying. We stayed B&B and each occasion selection of food excellent, if a little tepid at times.

Location is fantastic, right by the beach, a 10 min walk from all the shops, nice restaurants just outside plus those at the shopping centre 10 mins. Would stay here again,

Nice hotel, beachfront location, easy walk to shops etc. Average food. Mis-sold room. Paid extra for sea view suite but given a side sea view room. Complained and customer service was non existent. Don’t pay extra for a sea view room which should actually be clearly stated as lateral or side sea view. Disappointed with marketing / hotel website. That aside hotel was ok.

This was our 2nd visit and we just love it. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Bathrooms also very spacious and well equipped. Plenty of wardrobe storage. Would be nice to have some tea and coffee in the rooms. Breakfast choices are very good. Coffee machines can be a bit temperamental but I guess they get a lot of use. Pool areas are great tool. Location is great too - lots of easy walking options. The staff we met were all lovely and very helpful. We will be back. All in all a very good holiday destination and great value for money.

It would great to have just a few sachets of tea / coffee in the rooms for that early morning cuppa watching the sun come up. Just back from our 3rd visit and that’s my only teeny grumble.

We stayed in a suite with a large balcony and magnificent sea view. Food was as to be expected for 4*, although entertainment a bit lacking. However, we were let down by reception on arrival who failed to contact us when our room was ready (as promised) and then failed to order our taxi (as confirmed) when we departed.

The staff available were lovely. The problem is that there just weren’t enough staff. Queuing at the bar and during dining took far too long. Although there are 4 coffee machines, at most only 2 were working at any one time. The drink quality is quite poor-soft drinks were watered down and the AI cocktails were terrible from a machine. Unfortunately the pool area isn’t patrolled and customers are allowed to keep towels on sun loungers meaning that the area is often empty without people but full of towels, not so good for ambience or those wanting to use the area. In addition, the parasols are mostly broken. On the plus side, we did find that the hotel and room were very clean.

Rooms spacious and cleaned daily. Breakfast was the normal buffet style, a bit hit and miss on the hotness of the food,depending on what time you go in. Good selection. No comment on evening buffet as did not use.

We liked that the hotel never felt too packed. There was always plenty of space in the dining area and around the pool even though there were a lot of people staying there. The staff were helpful and friendly and the location was great. Right on the beach, close to town and only about 10 minutes transfer time from the airport.

The Junior Suite was a great option with large rooms, sitting area, balcony kitchen and very spacious bathroom. Rooms were cleaned daily and towels were changed on a daily basis too. Meals were of a good standard if a little samey and the dining area was clean and well staffed. There was a spa, a gymnasium and there was entertainment on every other night. The pools of which there are 3 were all clean as were the surrounding areas and there was a lifeguard on duty every day. There were ample sunbeds but a distinct lack of parasols making getting out the sun a problem when the pool was busier. The hotel is right on the beach and there are lots of sunbeds for hire there at reasonable rates. Overall we enjoyed our stay in this hotel and would certainly consider returning in the future.

Stuff was very helpful. On our request, they gave us an apartment with great position (close to the pool and restaurant), with a great view. They fixed the fridge in minutes after our reaction. Very spaceous, clean... Great value for the price.

Nice hotel.Larger than we would normally choose but was quiet as early season. 1 week All Inclusive. Food choices were fine. Lots of selections. Salad always fresh. Always some choice of freshly cooked to order. Omelettes for brekkie cooked to order. I had read some negative reviews about the food but was pleasantly relieved at what we found. Staff worked constantly to keep restaurant clean. Pool area very quiet but again this was early season. Ample sunbeds but a lack of umbrellas made for interesting viewing from balcony in the morning as people dropped towels on beds before brekkie! Pool towels available for €20 deposit and can be changed every other day. We paid to use the spa for a day, the plunge pool was worth every penny ... perfect for sunburn soothing. Room was ample. Bathroom had everything we needed. Sliding doors were a bit of a drag as they didn't slide easily. We gave up with the wardrobe doors and only used 1 side of the wardrobe so didn't have to keep forcing the doors. Toiletries provided. Bathroom towels provided. Evening entertainment was a bit of a washout but think early season didn't help. Bar area need to move their table/chair layout as it felt like sitting in doctor waiting room. Lots of bars and restaurants outside which we still used, even though we were all inclusive. Beach directly outside hotel. Overall a lovely relaxing week in the sun.

First time at Eurostars, location is A1 right on the beach and 2 min walk into town… cleanish a few grubby bits but overall ok, food good but very little choice and very repetitive, rooms excellent, staff ok could do with a few more and with a smile…probably go again but not all inclusive because of food being so repetitive….

One week stay
This is a well positioned hotel, with spacious rooms and friendly staff. It is handy for shops, restaurants etc and its beachfront location takes some beating. I felt the kitchen was equipped to the bare minimum...and think some cleaning/washing up materials would be useful.

Rooms and public areas are superb, the work being done around the pool that we saw in December had been completed this trip. Breakfast was superb with some lovely staff working in the restaurant. Reception staff were in general lovely but towards the end of our holiday when trying to find out whether or not we could extend our check out time (which was advertised as something you could ask about - not specifying when) we were treated quite dismissively. I appreciate that it’s not always possible but even suggesting ‘your requested time is not possible but would X help any?’ would go some way. We just felt like we were being a nuisance which, on our last morning put a bit of a dampener on it.

I've stayed at this hotel before. The staff are great. Rooms clean and spacious. Dining facilities and food options excellent. The problem is dishonest management. The are undertaking a massive refurbishment of the around the swimming pool and outside bar. This is on-going and from 2nd January the main pool will be closed. Drilling noises and banging will be restart during the day. My advice is you have a booking for the first two weeks of January cancel immediately and get a refund

Our room was front sea view which was fantastic & very spacious with a large bathroom. We had bed & breakfast, breakfast was very good , staff very polite & helpful. Hotel has alot of large open spaces which I felt made it a bit soulless with no atmosphere. But would definitely return again 😀

We had a fantastic week at Las Salinas. Great location with access to a wide range of restaurants and bars but out of the way enough not to be bothered by noise. Breakfast options were excellent - plenty to suit all tastes. Small concern about the state of some off the ground/floor tiles but it appeared that work was underway to address this. Lovely place and would go back in a heartbeat.
