Unwind in Ocean City at this adorable condo. The space features one cozy bedroom with 2 full beds and a serene living room that includes a comfortable sofa bed.   
  
Guests enjoy a clean, well-kept bathroom and thoughtful touches like heating and air conditioning to keep the temperature just right.   
  
The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, and toaster—perfect for preparing meals during your stay.  
  
Enjoy two smart TVs for your entertainment, one located in the living room and one in the bedroom.  
  
A boat slip is also available to rent. Please contact the host for pricing and availability.  
  
Whether you’re relaxing after a day at the beach or settling in for a quiet night, this enchanting spot offers a welcoming atmosphere. Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your vacation one to remember.  
  
FYI, this is 3rd floor condo with no elevator.

\*No smoking in the condo please.   
  
\*There is one parking space for each unit but there is plenty of street parking available for use.   
  
\*Please do not hang bathing suits, towels etc. off the balconies.  
  
\*Please do not store shoes, beach chairs, etc on walkways, as this needs to be clear for people to get thru.  
  
\*Please be respectful of others and avoid noise, loud voices as the Ocean City Noise ordinance is strictly enforced.   
  
\*Due to HOA rules, no pets are allowed.
