The uncleanliness of the rooms and is not acceptable to us and we are following up with our team in regards to this. We had hoped, if we were not able to address your concerns, you took the time to speak with one of our Managers so we could try to do our best for you. We have recently seen a change in standards for bed bug protectors. While the protectors are not mandatory, we are working to budget for replacement protectors which are extremely expensive. That said, it has been a very long time since we have had an occurrence of bed bugs and our teams are trained on what to look for and how to handle if and when something should be brought into the Hotel. We realize a good first impression is important and we know we did not measure up. In the parkade for the President's Plaza, which we are a part of, there is an elevator in the office building that can be used to move between the 5th floor parking and the 2nd level where the walkway to the Hotel is. We hope you spoke with our team so we could assist with directions and loading/unloading in our short term parking in front of the Hotel.
