I liked the free breakfast and the lower cost parking. The toilet had a bit of trouble flushing, but I learned the secret and I reported it to the front desk. A nice stay.

Shower was lousy and the upstairs guest was really loud. Free breakfast was ok but the room coffee sucked. The bed was comfortable but I was underwhelmed with my overall impression for over $200 a night.

Fairfield has been a family favorite for a while now. The staff is amazing every time we visit. On this current visit, we came to visit with our wedding planner, and Danny at the front desk was very welcoming and kind. He helped us book our next visit for our wedding and congratulated us. He provided an amazing experience and made checking in a breeze. Thank you so much for your great hospitality Danny, and congratulations on your engagement as well! We can’t wait to come back!

Place looks great from the exterior but the housekeeping and customer service was not good. I was given a stained blanket and when I reported it, I was accused of staining it. I contacted front desk, the general manager and even the hotel supervisor. They were rude and accused me without evidence even though I reported it. Food is terrible and water did not get hot. Steer clear from this place, they charge for daily parking too. Thue charged me $85 extra for the blanket that they clearly recirculated, ewwww gross!

Nice Hotel I recommend
I booked 4 rooms, two kings beds and two double beds all were clean and ready shortly before official check in time. This is a small hotel and as expected not a large staff however when I called for more bedding and pillows for the pull out beds the gentleman at the front desk was quick to deliver. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Maybe its was where we were coming from but myself and one other guest coming from Santa Paula missed it the first time but it was easy to go past and turn back around.

Breakfast was subpar and bathroom was dirty. Looked like something stained the caulking next to toilet on shower glass that was possibly mold and shower head had a lot of hard water build up on it. Will not be staying there again

Very Comfortable and Clean
Check in was easy and fast. The room was big, comfortable, and clean. The bed was comfy too. My only complaint was in the bathroom. Took pretty long time to get hot water at sink and tub. So there's a lot of wasted water. Lighting in the bathroom was poor. Only light at sink counter was an led light that surrounds the perimeter of the mirror so it wasn't bright enough but I made it work. The ceiling light doesn't shine much light at sink. Also, I had difficult time adjusting the water temp in the shower/ tub. Would get too hot then get cold without touching the handle. But very good price point for a Fairfield Inn. I would stay here again if I need a room next time I come to this area.

This property is easy access to the highway and although there is only one food option within walking distance, there are plenty of other quick options within a 5-10 minute drive. Property is clean, staff was friendly and professional, beds are SUPER comfortable.

I still think your rating for eco friendliness is ridiculous because we have no idea what the hotel does or does not do to be eco friendly. The place was great! Too bad it’s too close to the highway, and they don’t have good curtains to mask the sound of the 101 freeway. Other than that ai had an awesome time there!

Very clean & highly recommended but the early morning staff in the lobby (receptionist guy) around 6:00 AM Christmas day didn’t say good morning, didn’t smile not even say merry Christmas?Grumpy!!! Overall the hotel is very clean, good breakfast, comfortable.
