We've stayed at the Swiss Hotel a number of times and keep coming back because it's the best hotel in Lviv. A little more expensive than some but really good value for money, especially for such a central location. Excellent breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, well appointed rooms, and their famous rooftop restaurant (although it was sadly closed during this visit).

Absolutely love this place. At the beginning you make think you got into a museum, it’s really very special. Perfect interior and exterior design of the building. It has its own ambience, very cosy and warm. Friendly stuff , very helpful and attentive. Though the hotel building is really old , but it’s very clean and sparking . And what is my favorite part of staying it’s a spectacular view from the terrace and a great restaurant! Highly recommended !

I've stayed at the Swiss Hotel before and chose it again due to previous experience. Even in the middle of a global pandemic the hotel has managed to retain their superb level of service, excellent breakfast, helpful and friendly staff, and clean and comfortable rooms. Ideally located for the variety of attractions that Lviv has to offer, the Swiss Hotel would be my number one choice every time.

We stayed for several nights at the end of September. It is located in the heart of Lviv. The staff is absolutely amazing!So courteous and helpful and patient with this English speaking American.The breakfast was great with lots of choices.I would definitely stay here again if I ever visited the wonderful city of Lviv ever again.Such a beautiful hotel!

The location is perfect, the breakfast is amazing as is the service. The only problem is the shower, the hot water tempture was hard to keep even. I had a very early departure and the hotel made me a lunch to take with me, wonderful thoughtful service!

The staff is fantastic. In particular at the restaurant. They are all about pleasing their guests: professional, caring and so very likable. They actually made my visit To Lviv even more memorable. In addition, the restaurant was great, thus I ate most of my meals during my 5 day stay @ Valentino’s. The location of the hotel is perfect. I look forward to coming back.

This was a return visit it is an excellent hotel I the city centre. My only negative comments are easy fixes: No shower gel provided Towels very shabby I’ll be back next year please try to rectify before then.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Swiss hotel. We received very friendly service and a great reception even when we arrived 11 hours late at 2.30 am due to flight delays. Comfortable and well equipped room and bathroom. Very convenient location for short walk into the old tourist area and market.

The best boutique hotel in Lviv!
This was one of the best hotel experiences we ever had! The customer service was superb! This is a very historic and charming hotel downtown Lviv, Ukraine. Everyone takes pride in their work there beginning with the hotel manager Ruslan and hotel director Anna, and ending with a front door butler/valet. We stayed in the royal suite there, and we felt like we were treated royally. Everyone was so attentive and tried to please us in every way they could. The breakfast every morning was delicious, and we appreciated that they ran it pretty late until 11am. The hotel has an excellent italian restaurant Valentino associated with it. The food and service there were of a very high quality. We wanted to have a special birthday party celebration for my mom who turned 80. One of their administrators Chrystyna organized everything for us, including giving us a separate room in the restaurant, ordering a beautiful and delicious cake and decorative baloons. This truly is a jewel of a hotel in Western Ukraine with an international level of customer service and restaurant. I highly recommend it, and I look forward to staying there again! Thank you everyone at the hotel for making our stay there so memorable!

Beautiful hotel, very good location, superb service and very good breakfast. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

we received a Junior suit which was very big and beutiful the hotel is located close to the main square of the old town. decorated in an old style. staff very nice!

The property was a in a very good location, in the City Center area. Some of the staff were impolite. Overall, the service was good, not great. The carpeting in the room was not clean, the shower flooded the rest of the bathroom (i.e., the shower door was not functional), and the room had insufficient closet / drawer space to place clothing. The food in the restaurant was good.
