Great location. Staff very good. A lot of the roo.s dont have outlets on both dides of the bed, though, which is problematic.

Very convenient location, across Taipei Station. The front desk clerks were very considerate and kind to give me quick check in so we can get to our room fast, after midnight due to the flight delay. And we felt safe to left our luggage in the storage room after check out. Everything is smooth. Will definitely consider to stay again next time.

Stayed at start and finish of trip. First room was really nice, second was a bit shabby. Supposed to be same type of room. Staff were lovely and stored our luggage at no charge while we travelled. Hotel is in excellent position for transport, with direct access to train station.

Old property and it shows. Smelled quite moldy cos of the thick carpeting. Shower area is too small and whole bathroom floor got wet. Otherwise decent and comfy bed and pillows.

Staff was very friendly and helpful when needed. Room and property can be improved by doing some renovations. Besides some renovations, I’m happy with my stay. Hotel is conveniently located in front of Taipei Main Station.

1) Location is great. HSR, RAIL and MRT are all easily accessed via the M6 from B1. 2) Service attendants are attentive. 3) Upgraded to a higher level. 4) The room is clean and spacious but there is not enough power plugs. If there is, it is in an area that an adapter cannot be placed. 5) The curtain cannot be closed properly, so permanently there is a gap. Just opposite us, within a close distance is another building where the people can see us clearly. 6) The bathroom is in a poor state. The handrail and bathtub levers are all rusty. Mould seen around the washing basin edge. The bath-tub is yellow with age.

Centrally located. Hotel room and hallway is a bit old, but you can’t beat the convenience. Hotel is connected directly to the train station. You can catch MRT and speed train.

Excellent hotel and great location
This hotel is on top of MRT Taipei main station which is excellent to hop onto the MRT and just go! Hotel itself is a little outdated on the outside, but very clean and comfortable on the inside. I love their restroom, the shower works really well. Hotel staff is friendly, helpful, and efficient. My room was cleaned daily by a friendly maid.

You have been warned
You don’t want to stay here. It’s worse than a 3 star. Old and lousy tv, low water pressure. Bidet system spoiled. Other than location, there is no virtue of this hotel. Breakfast sucks too!

The location is great, opposite the main station! The hotel itself is connected underground to main station. There's no car parking facilities which is a shame. Rooms are clean and relatively big if consider its Taipei location.
