We stayed from Saturday to Tuesday. Clean and simple. The included breakfast was nice. Hot, fresh food every morning. The surrounding area is peaceful, with less traffic but not far away from the old fisherman’s wharf, Trader Joe’s, and various restaurants. The room is plenty spacious for a family of 3 or 4. The included parking is easy to get to. Staff is friendly. We had an all around pleasant stay. Would stay again.

Good one night stay.
Nice clean hotel. Comfy bed. Water pressure pretty good. The breakfast was nice to have before a day in Monterey. Close to the theater we saw a show and easy to get to cannery row as well.

Best Western never disapoints
Comparing with other Best Western hotels everything was very good except the ice machine in our floor was defective and the food portion in the breakfast area smaller.

Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!
The staff at best Western was warm, helpful, and friendly. The room was good size with a comfortable bed, sitting area, work space, and a TV. They were an endless number of places for food within a couple of miles. The beach was a short drive away. We would stay here again anytime. Breakfast is available and the coffee was even good.

Perfect location! Close to beach and across the street to Mountain Mikes and gas station. Free Breakfast in the morning eggs and bacon are the paper like foods but cereal and fruit, oatmeal, milk is much appreciated when traveling with kids! Over all comfy beds and good location!

Great location 15 min walk to the wharf and an extra 15 min to cannery row. Large rooms, good size very comfy beds. Jacuzzi was lovely and hot. Pool closes at 9pm. Good breakfast and 24hr free hot drinks in reception. There is also a free trolley in Monterey that takes you to cannery row and the wharf.

Front desk staff was exceptional! Nice hotel and breakfast. We were just surprised there is no air conditioning. We had a corner room so we’re able to open the balcony door with only screen open and also the window. The screen in that window was bent but we didn’t see any bugs. It’s just loud trying to tune out cars and such when going to sleep and we’re a family with horrid allergies so ac is better for us, but it definitely helped get it cool enough with both of those open.

The staff was great very helpful very polite. Property was very nice area around it was beautiful. The only negative was unfortunately the toilet didn’t work and we had to be moved to a different room and then the toilet didn’t work in that room and we had to be moved to a different room, but other than that everything was great.
