The layout of the hotel was unsatisfactory, a lot of walking to get to the elevator.
Would have loved the pool to be heated with a jacuzzi.
The receptionist at the desk could use training in people skills. We did not feel appreciated. We were not initially told at check-in that rooms were cleaned once every 3 days. This is unacceptable, our trash wasn't even emptied. We are paying money daily to stay in a cleaned and freshened room.
When asked about the $60 essentials fee (hold on card), we were giving a smart alec answer, and was told Expedia gets their money and this is how we get ours.
It would have been good to give us a receipt for when the hold was put on it, even though we didn't use any of it.
