Really nice room with a balcony, which you don't see much anymore. It overlooked a pretty courtyard. Room was large and furnishings comfortable. This is a sprawling hotel so it's a hike to get to the lobby, but on the plus side, the rooms are quiet because you aren't getting noise from activity in the bar, etc.

Charged 2x and the room smelled
I was charged both through hotels.com and the hotel it's self. When I was checking in I was never made aware of this or given a total or recept. On top of that our room smelled like dirty socks.

Beds were very comfortable. Tub was not super clean but other than that we enjoyed everything. The breakfast was a little overpriced for what it was but having the Starbucks coffee in the morning was a nice touch.

I found the room and bathroom to be dirty upon arrival. The grout in bathroom was dirty and stained, there was something splattered on wall of bedroom and food on carpet.

Toilet so small kids could barely use it. Room and door locks worked inconsistently. Room so cold my wife got chillls. Pool too cold to even put our feet in. Will not stay here again.

We stayed here for the weekend to see Taylor Swift in Cincinnati. The staff was friendly and accommodating, the facility was clean and an easy drive to Paycor Stadium. The staff went above and beyond to make it extra special by decorating the lobby Swift-themed and having music playing upon guests check-in. It made our weekend even more enjoyable! We would definitely stay here again if we are in the Cincinnati area!

Very nice and quiet property. Well maintained property and in a safe quiet area. Very clean room with very comfortable bed. Staff was very friendly and check in/check out was very easy. Would certainly recommend this property and will plan to stay here again when visiting this area.

Bed was too soft and sofa was low back with deep seat making it very uncomfortable. Toilet was very low and no grab bars made it difficult to use if mobility is an issue.

Nice room but unsatisfactory service
The layout of the hotel was unsatisfactory, a lot of walking to get to the elevator. Would have loved the pool to be heated with a jacuzzi. The receptionist at the desk could use training in people skills. We did not feel appreciated. We were not initially told at check-in that rooms were cleaned once every 3 days. This is unacceptable, our trash wasn't even emptied. We are paying money daily to stay in a cleaned and freshened room. When asked about the $60 essentials fee (hold on card), we were giving a smart alec answer, and was told Expedia gets their money and this is how we get ours. It would have been good to give us a receipt for when the hold was put on it, even though we didn't use any of it.
