Absolutely loved the property. The room was quaint and easy to access. The proximity to everything was perfect - walkable to Harrahs, Bourbon, Jackson Square and so much more. There’s a beautiful courtyard. I felt safe and comfortable the property. The staff seemed very unhappy to work there, for the most part. Our room wasn’t ready, even after 4; and the front desk employee couldn’t get anyone from housekeeping to answer. After waiting a while, we were offered and accepted another room. We asked for 4 k-cups of coffee but were only allowed 2. At departure, we asked to bring our vehicle down at the front desk and were told we had to call. We went back to the room and tried to call but no one answered. We ended up having to go back to the lobby with our bags to request our car, and wait for about 25 minutes while we watched several other folks request their car the way we had tried without refusal. I was even chastised by the front desk employee that we were told to call from the room, and she seemed really irritated with us when we informed her we had tried several times but no one answered. Hopefully it was just a bad day for a few folks.
