Great places to eat within a short walking distance. The pool is nice and heated, but can get crowded between the visitors and permanent residents. Management was very alert and attentive. Unit was very clean! I recommend getting the linen package and bring your own comforters. The location is close to the beach and in walking distance to dinner great places to eat and shop. The place was clean and had everything we needed. The only complaint I would have would be people yelling in the hallway on their way back to their room late at night. We did not use the pool so I have no review for that. The unit is a little dated but clean and plenty of room and nice location only two blocks from beach. The pool is very nicely kept but as others have noted the unit owners who live in the area can be very fussy about pool behavior it acts more like an adults only pool. If you don’t live there know that you will be talked about. Tip- do not bring over active loud kids to the pool and if you do they will need to be on their best behavior. Also do not bring more people than you have pool passes. We had five passes . The sleeper sofa in the living room is not comfortable to sit on. If you like a lot of pillows on your bed- bring some. Know that you will need to bring everything- plastic wrap, garbage bags, baggies, dish detergent, laundry detergent, coffee filters, etc. Also note that if you do not get the linens package you need to bring all your towels and sheets. Spacious condo with an EXCELLENT view! 2 min walk to Ropewalk restaurant which we went to every day! Swam in the pool, however had some trouble with the HOA attendant because we were only given 3 pool tags for 6 visitors. Contacted the property office and they got it sorted out after we had to leave the pool. You can walk to the beach in just a few minutes and you can walk to plenty of restaurants. The condo is very spacious inside. The rental company the owner’s use did a good job for the most part. After we signed the rental agreement, we continued to receive emails staying that we had not signed the rental agreement which was confusing and annoying. I’m not sure what cleaning company is being used, but the owners may want to switch. The toilets had black rings around them and there were other areas in the condo that didn’t seem super clean.
