Clean, excellent service, breakfast is way better than the normal breakfast who is included in the other chain hotel. Some option for dinner around, close to highway and there is a bar in the property for those interested by this option.

I always pick that hotel when I visit my parents in Joliette, even if it is 20 minutes away. It is pets friendly, clean (some pets friendly hotel are stinky) and the beds are very comfortable. They even have a Veterans' parking. This is THE place to go if you want friendly staff and quality for your money.

Our stay for one night was fine. My pillows were lumpy and flat, the hotel room floor was sticky (too much wax maybe). Not well insulated. We were woken up by the people upstairs and the employees vacuuming outside our room. They did allow us to check in early which I appreciate though. And check out was only at noon.

Le seul inconvénient de l'hôtel c'est le bar. Les fumeurs sortent parler jusqu'aux petites heures du matin et le font si fort qu'on les entends de la chambre. Pour ce qui est du reste, tout est très bien.

Room furniture looks like from a second hand store 25 years ago. shower curtain is all yellow and black trimmed at bottom. Covid pandemic is over still provided cold bagged breakfast and only one staff at front to handle breakfast, plus check out at reception, filled in coffee supplies and cleaning tables….lady worked at front was overwhelmed. Totally not worth what we paid $175/night w/taxes.
