Everything was great. The only issue I had was we were on the seventh floor and our ice machine did not work so if we needed ice, we had to go down to the sixth floor every time, even after alerting the staff a couple of times. Also, the elevators seemed a little outdated they probably need to be updated. They moved really slow, other than that, the area was really convenient. We were across the street from old town And fun spot so we were able to walk across first night there enjoy the festivities. I’ve never been to old town

Rosie at the front desk is superb! I just wish the property owner of this hotel or the corporate office will do something to update their elevator!! For many years they don’t do anything about this! A turtle maybe has a better way of speeding themselves up! It is annoying to deal with their elevator!

Amazing service. The room was large. Very hot water and good water pressure. The bed was so comfortable. The morning breakfast was very good also. We will be sure to book this hotel again.

The Property is perfect for it's location. There is literally an amusement park across the street. Kids would love this place. For me it's central location allowed my guests and I a great staging point to go see attractions within driving distance on both coasts. The suite i stayed in was nice, reasonably priced but a little dated. The pool and hot tub were nice. The morning breakfast was fairly simple but we only ate breakfast out one day of the six i stayed here. A positive experience overall and i would stay here again when I come back to Kissemee. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Hotel was pretty outdated and details of cleanliness overlooked with dirty floors, windows, and elevator floors full of trash. People were smoking right by the entrance and you had to walk right through it. Housekeeping was not up to par, hairs in the bathtub, nerd candy and box left under the end table, my 4 year old son found someone’s old pills on the floor. Pool area was cleanish and the continental breakfast with Mickey waffles was the saving grace for this hotel. Breakfast was okay, hash browns or breakfast potatoes would have been a great addition and probably would have gained 1 more star.

Place was amazing, but if your traveling to this motel don’t do it on a Saturday, it’s was blocked off and couldn’t get in until 930pm and the traffic was terrible no access to that motel if they have things going on

Even though the amusement park is very close, it was still quiet in our room. Breakfast was good and the pool/hot tub is nice. Our room was clean and laid out nice as a suite. There are other amenities such as a game room, gym, and quick store on site. Staff is welcoming and attentive. I have stayed there twice and would stay again.

I arrived at the hotel at 12:30 AM, when checking in there was no one at the desk, and I had to wait until someone had come from the back. I was waiting for what seemed to be a little bit. Perhaps they were coming back in from break? When I finally checked in and got the key, I entered the elevators which was littered with wrappers paper napkins and debris. At that hour I would’ve imagined that the cleaning crew would have already come for the evening shift to sweep the lobby and the elevators in the morning upon checking out, the entrance to the elevators on the fifth floor was littered with popcorn. I checked out at 8:30 AM. The cleaning crew was nowhere to be seen.

We have stayed here a few times. It’s very convenient to Disney, restaurants and shopping. Great location. On this last stay, we noticed some cleanliness issues in the bathroom, but overall it’s a great place.

Hotel itself was nice, but our room was damp and smelled like mildew. Sheets were itchy, and curtains didn’t close all the way so lights from outside were streaking into our room all night making sleep difficult.

Great location right next to old town and don’t have to worry about trying to park. Nice clean hotel with a nice tiki bar area and pool and jacuzzi. Clean and very friendly staff. Only one negative thing was the bed was very hard and hurt my back a little bit. But besides that I would definitely stay here again.

Rooms were very clean, breakfast is good with a big assortment of options, pool and hot tub are nice. Our room was on front side of hotel and there were strange pipe type noises that woke us up each morning.

I had amazing stay at this property there were absolutely no complaints. Oh, one thing was the restaurant/bistro aspect has been closed from COVID so no food through the day only a bar for drinks.

Very easy check in, clean, nice pool area and loved the free breakfast. Enjoyed being able to walk and enjoy the food and entertainment at Old Town. Would definitely come again.
