The property manager and associate working on Saturday, March 20, 2024 at approximately 8:00 am were phenomenal. We were in town for a funeral and had arrived early. They allowed us to check in early. They were knowledgeable, accommodating and courteous. The entire staff on Mach 20th and March 21st were great. They provided excellent customer service and made our stay an awesome one. For fear of spelling the manager’s name incorrectly, I will not list it here but I believe it began with an A. She really deserves recognition for the job she does. She was awesome!!! Chauncy Fuller North Carolina

Hotel is ok, a bit run down. Room was fine. Front staff desk was lethargic and took forever to get us checked in. For a one night stay it was ok.

We went to our room after checking in and then went out. Came back about an hour later and key card no longer worked. After getting new cards which did not work and then waiting for the maintenance person, it was determined that the battery on the electronic pad was dead. We then had to get another room. Luckily we hadn't brought our luggage in.

It was by far the most comfortable bed I’ve slept on in a hotel…great pillows too. It was a great choice. And the check-in was easy with a super friendly front desk lady. All in all, I will most definitely stay here again.

Convenient location to many things and the interstate. Super nice front desk staff, clean and comfortable room. Very good breakfast with the most options for any of the 3 hotels we stayed at this trip.

The property was dirty. The room was not cleaned well. The breakfast was terrible. Such a limited selection. The staff was rude. I do not recommend.

Excellent for the $. Loved the "open" feel of the room and the pullout couch to bed was a surprise and very handy usage for my grandson to use. The only low was that the breakfast options could have been better.

Clean, safe & comfortable. A few food options nearby. The woman at the front desk was very efficient and polite. One hint…ask for a room that doesn’t face the highway, it’s most likely more quiet.
