The room was clean, so housekeeping does a great job. However, there's rust and black rings all around the tub and tile that can't be wiped off. The room smelled awful. My allergies were out of control.

I was sent an email to rate an hotel I DID NOT stay. Someone has stolen my email and obtained a bogus credit card to rent the room. I personally attempted to warm both Expedia and Comfort Inn Camden but was evidently not taken seriously. I state anyone who checked into the hotel wasn’t me and the credit card used isn’t mine. I attempted to warn you but you didn’t listen.

The place is well maintained. They always serve good food during breakfast. The people are very nice, approachable and helpful escpecially Lashunda. Will definitely recommend to my friends and family.

I won’t be back
Front desk clerks not friendly. Did not acknowledge me when I arrived. Key card did not work. Required 4 trips to the front desk to resolve. television did not function properly, it would not stay on or change channels. Front desk said they would be up to check and never came. Bathtub slow to drain. Chair at the desk did not have back support function, in disrepair.

Less than what I expected.
The hotel checkin staff was poorly trained and had problems. The hotel room requested was for accessible room, which the bathroom was not fully accessible. The furniture was shabby with the desk chair leather coming off, and couch fraying. The breakfast was good, but the stay was less than I had when I stay at Hampton Inns. There was no Hampton Inn in the area, and this was not up to a good hotel.

The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, but the lady was distracted. She forgot to give my brother his id. One thing i recommend too is get a sign so people know where you are at and put a light out there too

Let me just start off by saying I grew up in this area and I remember when this hotel first opened there. Over the years when I visit my family I would stay at this property and stay was always pleasant. This past weekend was my family reunion and so when it came time to choosing a hotel I picked the Comfort Inn. I definitely regretted my choice upon checking in. The doors were wide open upon entering that should have been my first red flag. Next we got to the room and it was hot. I’m not sure if there was air conditioner issue, but after being outside in 100 degree weather for a reunion that’s definitely not what you want to walk into. The room was clean at first glance but the walls were dirty the pull out sofa bed had fruit loops in it. Then We went to the front desk to ask for linen to make up the sofa bed and was only given a flat sheet no fitted sheet, a blanket and a flat pillow. The bed king bed was very uncomfortable and the room temperature was uncomfortable most of the night (again maybe there was an issue with air conditioning). Over all the stay was subpar. When I visit the area again I will definitely be staying at the competition up the road.

I know its summer but the room was very humid the carpet always felt wet. When we walk into the room it was not a pleasant smell. Worried about mold. We put down the air but that did not help. Also the pool always looked like it had a film floating on top so we did not go in. The Staff was very pleasant though.
