Located really well for getting to MOA. Parking lot fills quickly so if you are going to a concert or something and are getting back late expect to struggle to find a parking space. Staff made sure we had somewhere to park though.

It was a quiet area. The hotel was fine. The bed had some pink streaks on the top comforter. The breakfast was so good! Best continental breakfast I've had!

Room was super clean. Very comfortable bed. Quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful. Good location for airport access. Great selection of hot continental breakfast including eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, cinnamon rolls, pancakes and more.

The staff was very friendly. The pool area was very dark. They need better lighting for sure.

Our room key did not work, the pool area very dirty, dining room and seating is small. Not enough towels available had to use pool towels for showering. Room was nice size but small bathroom. Only one of the elevators worked which was a big inconvenience as it was busy and had long wait times. Breakfast was overall good.

Property seems to be on the verge of some remodelling. Pillows, which look huge are way too soft and crush completely flat. Hit and miss if theres someone at the front desk and no bell to ring for them.

Free parking my ass!!! Nothing in the Expedia site says 15 bucks a night for parking if you are flying!!!! Says free parking and shuttle, probably have a water bill upon checking out. Then they charge for parking but aren’t responsible for anything, should have parked at trader joes

The rooms definitely need a good deep cleaning. Only one working elevator. Have to ask to get the room cleaned if you stay multiple nights which is what I am finding the norm but I think is ridiculous. Found some hair when I pulled back the sheets and that grossed me out. Wasn’t horrible but wouldn’t stay again!

Our stay was great. Wonderful beds, close to shopping, convenient parking. The one draw back was despite a very clean room, it smelled really musty until we got the HVAC going. We'd shut it off when leaving and then on return to the room had the same musty smell. Not sure if once the air conditioner was going we just didn't smell it anymore or if it was stripping the moisture from the air, maybe we just got used to it. Definitely not a minus on the whole property, it was great. The breakfast was abundant, with lots of room for all of the guests, very well set up. We would stay there again, just not in room 217.

Room had some cleanliness issues, which were minor. Breakfast spread was great, it was fresh and had a good assortment. The only downfall was the mix up in the reservation on Expedias end. Which resulted in the staff knocking on our door early the second day, claiming that they didn’t know we were there. Despite one of them being there at check in to give us our room keys. Besides this, it was a good hotel to stay at during a busy basketball weekend in that area.

Asked for room service the first of the 2 days we stayed there was told we weren’t a priority due to them having a block of rooms sold! Need new towels due to one of my young children throwing up was told didn’t have enough for me due to the block of rooms!

Room wasnt ready. At booking it was a queen suite 2 queens and a sleeper sofa, but the room was just a 2 queens. The room booked was not available.

The hotel was in a convenient location. Easy access off of 494. The breakfast was outstanding. The breakfast area was neat and clean There was so much food to choose from. The food was hot and tasted great. Including myself there were 4 of us and we were all extremely happy with our stay. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The hotel was quiet and safe. The room had a microwave and refrigerator. I would highly suggest this hotel. Great!!
