The townhouse furnishings are however a bit worn and dated. Excellent job by the entry cleaning team. All decorating was pleasing and everything was in good operating condition. A small scattering of pieces of moldings and outdated electronics could have been cleaned up, but this wasn’t interfering with our overall enjoyment. These items could be a problem for parents of inquisitive children. The property is indeed roomy and can comfortably house 8 people without crowding. The Bayside Resort community is lovely and perfectly landscaped. Our overall rating is 5 stars even after taking into consideration the above comments. ##### Esther M. House perfect except too many extra blankets, quilts in. Bottom floor cause it became the refrigerator due to lack of air conditioning control....no room left to put a chair or clothing. Pool great, grounds great, beds comfy, people kind...dog happy, kids happy on third floor beautiful bedrooms and balconies...even a walk in closet. Second floor family gathered for meals, reading, working TV, well supplied kitchen, lots of windows high ceilings, I.e., lovely. For Grand parents on the first floor, it was close to being hell. Wherever we went, stairs. My attitude is partially the fact that I fell entering the garage on and failed to notice a 6 to8 inch rise in the cement, ending up with a serious loss of blood, broken nose, injured knee, ambulance ride to Atlantic Hospital where I spent most of the night. Please paint a yellow warning strip! Also cable in our lower floor bedroom would have helped since stairs difficult with my injury. We emptied the drawers Of books and put them under the TV. This is a beautiful home for a family vacation ..the dog enjoyed the trails and friendly folks. We enjoyed the ocean air and beautiful grounds maintenance. Everything was clean and loved the fireplace in the living room. Convenient to food market and pools. The yard, street, and irrigation servicemen were polite and hard working. Linen Service provided bath towels clean and plentiful. Office folks nice, friendly, helpful. Very quiet, green, birds, tods, frogs, and friendly neighbors and dogs. If I were younger, I would go back in a heartbeat. The addition of a few hand rails in the bathrooms would have made a big difference for me. A zone air conditioning system would make a major difference. Remember, it is the old folks that are paying for this kind of vacation and we are spoiled. Comfort and safety first, TV cable in the downstairs bedroom, would add to the experience and add that fifth star. Kitchen complete with everything you would need, even two coffee pots.
