You will absolutely love the convenience of this mid-town location. You are within walking distance to the beach, dining, nightlife, shopping and activities. This Bayfront building offers a private 200 ft bayside beach with shallow water and a 125 ft pier with the most stunning sunsets in OC. The kitchen comes fully equipped for any chef, including Kitchen Aid stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a breakfast bar with seating for four. Other features include 4 flatscreen TVs, with streaming services, a jetted whirlpool tub in the master bathroom, a large balcony with access from living room and master bedroom, a washer/dryer, and central A/C. All of the appliances and AC were in good shape and worked well.
