Always a great place to stay Affordable and has breakfast 7 days a week and very convenient The staff is always friendly and helpful and it's clean I always stay here when I'm in Greenville and hope they don't get completely booked when I need to stay in greenville

It was a good place to stay for a night. However, some of the male guests were hanging out in the parking lot (for more than a couple of hours) next to their truck, conversing. I could hear a child banging on one of my walls but it stopped as soon as I made some noises to let them know the next door room was occupied. Also, another next door guest was playing music at a low/medium volume but it was already 10:45pm on a Saturday night. Once I put on ear plugs, it did not bother me. Overall, it was not a quiet hotel.

The only thing this hotel has going for it is that is near the highway. Although the rooms appeared clean, there was a good bit of noise all day long. Also, it looks like there were long-term residence, which is never a good thing. The desk staff was helpful and did move us to another room when we complained about the noise. And OK place to stay for a night especially if you have a pet.

The room had a lot of space but definitely needs a makeover. Things need to be repainted and replaced. There was a used bar of soap still in the shower so I didn’t use the shower at all. Stayed the night and out first thing in the morning.

Probably the worst Best western that I had ever stayed at. Sketchy area, lots of sirens throughout the night. TV kept asking for a passcode. It was clean and convenient to I-85. If I had been by myself and would have found a different hotel.

I am sorry that you did not enjoy your stay. Our area is safe, not sketchy. The sirens you heard were more than likely on the interstate. There is a hospital on the next exit. I wish you would've contacted the front desk to fix the TV. We wish you safe travels.

For $80 a night I couldn’t ask for better. All the amenities (microwave, refrigerator, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, safe, soaps in the shower), clean, quiet rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast.

When I booked the hotel, I asked about free shuttle. They said yes and I asked the hours because flight came in at 9:05 PM.They said no problem.I called from the airport and they said no shuttle runs at night! My room was on the 2 nd floor with no elevator! Just old metal steps. A dog barked all night in the next room. The bathroom corners were not clean and the room smelled old. I was extremely disappointed!!! Never stay there-

I am sorry about the shuttle. Our hours are M-F 7am until 9pm. Weekends are 7am until noon. Did you contact the desk about the dog barking? Safe travels.

Clean, basic hotel near Greenville Spartanburg airport. Perfect for catching a morning flight. I also took advantage of the park-and-ride save the cost of parking at the airport. And I had no problem coaching and Uber at 4 AM. It was perfect for my knees.

Check-in was quick and easy. There was trash all over the sidewalk right outside our room that was there for over 24 hours, and the toilet was unflushed upon arrival. But for the price, I didn’t have high expectations.
