It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Previous reviews said beds were hard but in the Master it was fine. Did use other bedroom. Appliances were like new. Well stocked w utensils, and pots and pans. Balcony was very clean and spacious. There were beach chairs, etc by the owner however, we did not have to use them. Short walk to beach. Pool was nice. No complaints. Would rent again. Great place, very clean, very nice big pool, nice ocean view, and great location. Only two downsides... 1\. The beds are really no better than sleeping on the floor as they are hard as a rock, and 2\.
