LIVING AREA Relax after beach days in the sunny living area, furnished with a queen-size sleeper sofa and a flat-screen TV. KITCHEN & DINING Completely updated kitchen is equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances and a 2-person bar. When it’s time to dine, enjoy meals at the four-person table. BED & BATH This condo sleeps nine guests between a queen-size sleeper sofa and three bedrooms, each of which has a flat-screen TV. The primary bedroom is fitted with a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom that has a walk-in shower. The second bedroom provides a queen size bed while the third bedroom has a twin over full bed. The second bathroom is configured with a tub/shower configuration OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES Start your mornings with coffee on the balcony. The Ocean City Tennis Center is just down the street and the boardwalk is only a 10-minute drive away. For additional entertainment, visit Jolly Roger Amusement Park or schedule a deep-sea fishing trip. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 2. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The whole apartment was dirty in some spots, but what the worst part is the fact that the two pull out beds in living room were absolutely filthy. Sheets had dried blood on them. Sheets were ripped. Had All types of dirt and crumbs it was actually shocking. I have videos and pictures I’m going to share as well. Paid top dollar we had double up on beds which the one in the back room was shot.
