Everything was great, I really enjoyed myself at this hotel, the rooms were really clean and the staff was more than helpful, next time I’m in town, I’m definitely staying there again! Highly recommend it!

Room was spacious, clean and quiet. The bed was VERY firm (not necessarily my favorite type of bed, but there are worse things that could have been an issue). The staff was very friendly and helpful.

My room was large and clean. The bathroom had been recently updated. The electrical outlets by the bed did not work and the wall outlets were loose.

The actual guest room was absolutely disgusting, everything was dirty/stained, dimly lit, outdated, just overall unpleasant. I feel like I was catfished by the pictures on Expedia because there is no way this is that same hotel.

I've been here before and it has always been a pleasant experience. I arrived into BWI about an hour early from my check-in time at the Holiday Inn. I called the front desk to ask if I could check in early and to my joy and surprise they said I could! A shuttle was quickly dispatched with a friendly driver and I was picked up and dropped off at the hotel. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Overall, it was a great experience and I'm glad the staff was accommodating to me. I will most certainly be coming back here in the future!
