The A/C did work well as did the wifi and TV. Issues/concerns: Given the very HIGH price, it was not nearly as nice as we had hoped. The walls were thin so heard lots of noise from next door, porch below, and rooms above. The front door had a window but no shade/cover so anybody walking by is looking right into the main living room and kitchen area. The door did not have a safety lock/deadbolt. The kitchen had very few utensils (and no knives but some forks and spoons!) The beds were not too comfortable - probably old mattresses.
