The customer service and staff were friendly and accommodating, however the room was not expected for Hilton. The bathtub was stained, and it clogged up after use. We contacted the front desk, however they did not have maintenance at the time, so management at the time switched the room for us which was okay. 1 day later we were charged with a cleaning fee. We have tried contacting management and we have no answers as to why we were charged. Overall , the communication and management is terrible. Would not recommend at all.

Found the room to be clean & comfortable. Located close to I 75 which was great for locations I needed to get to. Arrived to find automatic front door was brokken & getting a cart with clothes very hard. Stopped at the desk and gave them a 4:30 am wake up call to get on the road early the next morning. That didn't happen. I check out & find a 15 dollar charge for not valet but just to park on there lot. What BS!!

Very disappointed in overall property. 1st breakfast was $15 dollars way over priced for powered eggs/ bacon? We had a suite and asked that the sofa bed be made up but they said they couldn't the maids were gone. We still had to get a maintenance man to pull it out for us. bathroom ceiling was peeling. room service was only every other day? Could not get the Miami tennis channel in our rooms so the only tv was in the bar.We were then told we couldn't have our own wine or snacks? Very Disappointed!

I stayed for one night, last minute stay needed. Got a king bed room on the fifth floor, room 529 I believe. Walk in not too bad at first thought. Start to get settled I notice some grease stain or something on the chair in the room on the head rest. Go to take a shower there is rust in the tub where I have to stand and I didn’t bring sandals to wear in the shower. There was mildew/mold around the shower faucet to turn it on. There is no central air, there was a wall unit. The bed was okay seemed pretty clean. Comfortable. Towels and soap and tissue were abundant. The surrounding area of the hotel is actually great. a lot of food places and shops around. Flanigans was open until 2am and I needed a late night bite after checking in. Great area close to the 75. The front desk employees were very helpful, special mention to Daniella. She was such a sweetheart, great conversational skills.

First time staying at this property. We booked a total of 4 rooms, one of them was a suite which included a sofa bed. The beds were fine but the sofa was super uncomfortable, you could feel the mattress springs. The shower in my room had stains and I found a spider and dead cockroach in the room. Aside from that, the staff was pretty attentive and helped us with an issue we encountered at check in. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for a short stay.

Nice area and hotel.
We stayed here to go to the Orange Bowl game for College Football. This hotel was 8 miles from stadium and quite easy to get to. A nice hotel!
