There was no ice machine in the hotel and I had to purchase Ice at the bar for $5. Also, no one spoke English so it’s a challenge to get things there.

This hotel looks amazing and the staff are friendly, but the only thing that lets it down is the breakfast. The staff at breakfast are not proactive in making sure the breakfast is topped up full. When half of the main items are not there, that’s poor show.

Facility was clean. Staff very friendly. The price a bit high with no breakfast included. Area was safe and reasonably walkable.

My friend and I had great time in this hotel. Our room was big and bright, breakfast had a big selection of food however coffee and warm drinks come from a vending machine so great.
The panoramic elevator for sure it is a plus!
We also used the parking available that made our life easier.

We just stayed here 1 night at the end of a two week holiday. It is only 10 minute walk to the bus station which was the main reason for choosing this hotel. We did not have breakfast or meals at the hotel. They very kindly let us check in early which was great and allowed us more time in Santa Cruz. Book early for a good price as I noticed the price increased a fair bit as we got towards the date.
Extremely unhelphul reception staff.They forgot to inform me when is the brekfast time ,and other free or paid service ín hotel ( special ín floor sauna and gym.That was most important to tell me two times to share my bankcard details with them.I had informed them ,I not want any time when I will consume I will pay.When I tell to the lady from reception ,I would like for 30 minutes one iron ..She told please use our laudry service.First day after my breakfast wast paid I get low cost Continental breakfast ,because I have wrong information the brekfast time.I share with you the pics with you.

Very friendly staff. The hotel manager(Gabriel) was very professional, helpful and courteous Food was amazing. We are really enjoy our staying in Silken Atlántica in Tenerife .

Very convenient for the main bus station and only a 15 minute walk into the heart of the city. Modern, clean and efficient hotel.

The hotel consist of 2 houses. 1 primary Nice hotel where all pictures are taken and a 2. House connected via the toilet corridor with the fancy name Club. It is a 2 star hotel for the full price. No value for the money. The breakfast was ok.

La experiencia en este hotel ha sido 5/5!!! Nos hicieron un upgrade de regalo cortesía del hotel y nos toco en la planta Silken Club la cual da un trato diferenciado y de mayor calidad al cliente. La habitación no muy grande y por desgracia no bien insonorizada, pero llega a ser lo de menos dado lo positivo del resto. El desayuno muy sabroso y de calidad (el jamón serrano ibérico espectacular!!!). Muy gratamente sorprendido ya que es mi primera estancia en Silken y ha sido espectacular!!!

The room was fine and got upgraded, so I got a separate sitting area with a desk and TV, due to the wait in the lobby. I wanted a king bed, but got two twins pushed together. This probably would have been fine if the beds were not on wheels. Whenever I moved across the beds they moved apart, so this wasn't even a simulation of a king bed.
The rest of the amenities were fine. The staff were pleasant and professional.
