Great spacious rooms, the staff were so friendly and welcoming. We had a great room with a gorgeous view of the park. The cathedral was a 30min walk, would definately recomend staying here. Thank you for an amazing stay.

False Advertising of Rooms
When I booked this room the hotels.com description listed ‘2 Queen beds’. Ultimately 4 family members travelled together here and we could easily have slept in the room. At the front desk I asked that my 2 additional family members be added to the reservation but the clerk refused. I had to purchase a second room to gain access for my family (4 total). When I arrived in our 2 rooms I realized why I had to purchase this second room. There were no queen beds at all; only 2 twin beds measuring 39-40 inches wide vs a 60 inch Queen bed advertised. Very disappointed that I had to spend alot of extra money due to this false advertising. Also the room service was poor; my sheets had a food stain after the first night so rather than providing clean sheets the maid simply made up the bed neglecting to change out the soiled sheets. Also it’s an ordeal to get ice; there are no ice machines in this hotel so you have to ask the front desk to acquire a bucket of ice from the kitchen. All in all I will not be staying at this property again.

Beautiful hotel
This hotel is outside the historic streets of the city centre but only 10-15 mins walking to the cathedral. It is modern and very well appointed with beautifully comfortable rooms featuring a big bathroom with bath which makes a change in these parts. Check in was smooth thanks to Juan on front desk. The hotel is within a square shopping mall and is directly over a supermarket for any snacks or drinks you need. Breakfast buffet looked good value but I prefer to eat in small bars of which there are a few closeby. This was great value at the time I stayed and would certainly recommend it especially if you are doing the Camino. You will love the luxury

Comfortable way to visit the City and Cathedral
Dry pleasant and helpful multi lingual staff offering good local advice. Lovely room, comfortable bed, full size bath and shower, good Spanish style breakfast, plenty of fruit and coffee. Problem finding hotel entrance, avoid the underground shopping centre car park if possible. 2Kms from Cathedral, bus available though others have walked 200+Kms. Recommended for modern facilities and great staff.

The multiple keys which give access to the elevators and the parking area below the building were extremely confusing. Things could’ve been explained better. However this security – key system should be replaced with something more modern.

While the room was fine, the location of the hotel is too far from the central city to be convenient. It's also located in a large mall-type structure which is rather soulless.

About a $10 taxi ride from old town to the Hotel. Hotel is part of an enclosed mall with a large supermarket and various shops.

I had a quick stopover in Santiago and booked one night at the hotel. At first it seemed fine for the price, but unfortunately I found bed bugs when I woke up in the middle of the night. The front desk was apologetic, but the damage had already been done, and I brought home some nasty bites as a souvenir.

Good location
The hotel is in a multi-purpose development. Staff were pleasant, hotel room was spacious and comfortable, buffet breakfast was fine. The only things lacking was coffee/tea making facilities and an actual lounge area to sit in if one wants to get out of one's room. Shame. I am finding Spanish cities/towns very difficult to navigate as nothing is well signed. I know GPS would help but I doubt that it would be much use in the maze.

I stayed here for two nights late september. Handy location and well priced. Being in a shopping centre was suprisingly a big bonus. The biggest complaint is the beds. I don't consider myself fussy and could sleep on anything but the beds where very hard. So much so I had back pain the following day.

Quirky location in a shopping mall
I was looking for a one night stay outside of the historic district at a reasonable price. I definitely got all of this. I have stayed in hotels within airport terminals but never in one literally part of a shopping mall. Curiously, it worked for me. Not a terribly long walk, albeit uphill, from the "Ciudad Histórico", I eschewed the taxi option and hoofed uphill for my usual evening tapas crawl. Successful one, I might add.

Exceptional service
We'd booked a single and a twin bedded room. On arrival we were told that they only had doubles, no twins. Lidia, the receptionist was in her 1st week at the hotel and she was on her own. She did her utmost to accommodate out request, but eventually gave up and gave us free breakfasts to compensate for our hassle. When we eventually got into our rooms (my punch card type key didn't work), we found that the "single" was in fact a triple, so I swapped with my cousin. The management should give reception information what is contained in each room. There is no safe in the rooms, as advertised under amenities: guests can leave a sealed envelope in the reception safe. The hotel is in a shopping mall. Rooms are dark and there is no view: my room faced into the mall. Our other room faced onto a wall. The hotel is some way from the centre of Santiago: the bus service is infrequent, so one really needs a car: parking outside is free and quite plentiful. Beds were comfortable; rooms were spotless and breakfast was good. Its a good choice if one has the use of a car and just wants a hotel to sleep in.

Twenty Minute walk from all the sites
The hotel was brilliant. The staff were very welcoming on our arrival and always friendly and helpful with excellent advice on the bus stop for Mount Gozo. We really enjoyed the buffet breakfast where a range of food was available and the staff wonderful. Our room had blackout and air conditioning and we slept very well. We caught the bus from the airport to the bus station for 3 euros and walked to the hotel in about 15 minutes all downhill. We walked into the town every day and back again as we enjoyed the walk. It was uphill going and this may be a problem for people who find walking difficult but I am sure the staff would advise on local buses. The hotel is part of a shopping centre and very close to a large supermarket where you can buy anything you might need. This would be helpful to know to find it as we had to ask for directions, it is obvious when you know with a smart reception and lift to all floors. I loved it. .

The hotel was difficult to get into with luggage...We did not see any ramps. The young man in the lobby entrance was Wonderful and so very helpful. He was so understanding and even commented that he tries to imagine how he would feel if he was in foreign country and did not speak the language.

Nice hotel with a good shopping complex attached
Very friendly staff. Air con was switched off in building when we arrived and it was unseasonably warm. As soon as i brought it too staffs attention it was rectified. There is a good shopping center attached and it is a ten minute walk to the beginning of lots of restaurants and 15 mins from the Cathedral. I would recommend then city and the hotel to anyone.

Very pleasant surprise! Very clean room, warm shower with good pressure, very comfortable beds. Staff was very friendly. There's a mini bar with soft drinks in the room - the first one that I have ever seen in a 3-star hotel. Very pleased with my stay!
