Gorgeous pool and beach area and very kid friendly. It was a little run down the room and also the service at the bars and restaurants was very slow. The food was okay. We did have a great time thou at the beach and pool area as a family of 3 with a little one.

The hotel was excellent nice and clean, the staff was very friendly, only thing they need to drain the pool and do some painting when the colder season comes in. I would stay again and recommend this property to others.

I have come to Puerto Rico many times but never stay hear, I am happy I visited. This place was so nice and very friendly. The valet staff was super friendly. It is very safe as there are many security everywhere. The rooms are clean. I will come again

This property is beautiful! I loved everything about it, literally anyone of all ages can enjoy. Staff were super friendly and helpful. There’s lots to choose from as far as food is concerned, even out on the strip. A band played on the nights we were there which was very entertaining. The Pools were nice, big and clean, the beach was gorgeous. I would recommend, my family and I enjoyed our stay. Loved it!

The resort has everything you need. Outside of the resort there isn’t much to walk to so we took Ubers everywhere.

Great location, adjacent to OSJ and nice cove area that is walkable. Room wasn't ready until almost 4, front desk didn't seem to care too much. Room walls were thin, late night sounds were disruptive. TV didn't work, took multiple calls for maintenance to show up. Slightly disappointed, hard to recommend. Absolutely love PR nonetheless.

I like the old school and simple atmosphere of this place. Not overdone or glitzy and have brought my son on his last three spring breaks as he loves it. Mostly wee went off property to eat. The staff all friendly and efficient. The little beach is very comfortable with calm warm water and pleasant setting.

Property not maintained, looks dirty and old . At the pool not enough chairs and towels, had to sit in the chairs in front of the inside bar. When ask an employee for pool chairs said they were full . The bed comforter was dirty called to be replaced no one came. The next day the housekeeper only folded the comforter, called again finally someone came to exchange the comforter. Booked an ocean view and a partial view more of the old abandoned hotel and noisy street. Over priced for what you get , not staying there again. Stayed in other resorts much better for sure !

Nice property with dining options onsite and nearby. Beach is fantastic! There is a rock barrier that keeps the waters calm even on rough surf days and no marine life issues. The hotel was fully booked when we were there and it did not feel crowded. Definitely recommend and we will be staying again in the future

There was a large cockroach in our room. They did offer to have us switch rooms but it was 10:30 at night. Pool chairs were taken by 7am. One of the pools had a lot of plant debris in it. They had activities for kids but some activities cost extra. The disco they put on was $35. Staff were friendly.
