There were three generations in the house for USNA parents weekend. It was more than enough room, and absolutely immaculate and beautifully decorated. The house is just as nice if not in better condition than in the photos. You can’t beat the location for walking to Davis pub and some other restaurants. It’s a 1 mile walk to the Academy. A little less to downtown. Since we had seniors staying with us, we had rented a car which definitely came in handy, but you could probably get away without one. We did not realize until the last day that you can get a water taxi from the Davis pub dock which is just down the street. That would be a wonderful way to get in and out of downtown! The only thing I would note is for elderly people beware that the stairs going upstairs are wood with some carpeting. Everyone was fine in our group, but going up and down the stairs can be tricky for folks with mobility issues (it could be slippery if you weren’t careful). There were only five people staying at the house, and six of us during the day. If there were more, I would’ve asked for more towels in advance. ##### Anna D.
