An OK Stay
It is interesting: this hotel looks decent from outside, it looks dismal in public space like elevator and hall way, and then the room is surprisingly well exceeding expectations. If you only wants to sleep there and the location suits you it is very fine. The pricing is very good. On the other hand, the city Changsha has many high-end hotels that cost way below other big cities in China so one may spend a bit more to enjoy some luxury.
